OUR COMMITMENT
At Euro Carbon Hub, we are committed to offering competitive pricing on the aftermarket automotive parts we sell. If you find an identical product advertised for a lower price by an eligible competitor, we may, at our sole discretion, match the advertised price, provided all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy are met.
Price matching is offered as a customer service and is not guaranteed.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be identical, including the manufacturer, brand, model, part number, finish, and specifications.
- The competing retailer must be an authorized dealer or distributor of the product.
- The product must be new, genuine, and available for immediate purchase.
- The competitor must have the item in stock at the time the request is reviewed.
- The advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable.
INELIGIBLE SELLERS
Price match requests will not be considered for products offered through:
- eBay
- Amazon Marketplace or third-party Amazon sellers
- Facebook Marketplace
- Craigslist
- OfferUp
- Mercari
- Auction websites
- Classified advertisements
- Private sellers
- Liquidation or closeout businesses
- Unauthorized retailers
EXCLUSIONS
Price matching does not apply to:
- Clearance or liquidation pricing
- Flash sales
- Holiday promotions
- Coupon or promotional codes
- Membership or loyalty pricing
- Employee discounts
- Open-box, refurbished, or used products
- Bundle offers or package deals
- Free gift promotions
- Rebates
- Financing promotions
- Gift card promotions
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Marketplace listings
SHIPPING & TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE
When evaluating a price match request, Euro Carbon Hub may consider the total purchase price, including shipping charges, handling fees, taxes (where applicable), and any additional fees.
A lower advertised product price alone may not qualify if the total purchase cost is higher.
MAP & MSRP PRICING
Certain manufacturers require authorized dealers to advertise products at a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
As a result, Euro Carbon Hub may be unable to publicly advertise a lower price, even when a lower selling price may be available where permitted.
HOW TO REQUEST A PRICE MATCH
Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order.
To request a price match, please provide:
- A direct link to the competitor's product listing; or
- A clear screenshot showing the advertised price.
Our team will review the request and determine whether it qualifies under this policy.
AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED
Price match requests should be submitted and approved prior to completing your purchase.
Pricing adjustments cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed or payment has been processed.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Euro Carbon Hub reserves the right to approve or deny any price match request at its sole discretion, including requests involving:
- Unauthorized retailers
- Suspected pricing errors
- Fraudulent or misleading advertisements
- Incomplete or unverifiable information
- Products that do not meet the eligibility requirements of this policy
- Requests determined to present an unreasonable financial or operational risk
POLICY CHANGES
Euro Carbon Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice.
