EURO CARBON HUB — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Euro Carbon Hub. We stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our return and refund conditions carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window

We offer a 10-day return window, starting on the day your order shows as delivered.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Refunds to original payment methods are not provided unless required by California law.


2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and uninstalled

  • Item is in original packaging, with all hardware and accessories included

  • Item shows no signs of attempted installation, such as tightened bolts, scratches, adhesive residue, or marks

  • Item is in resellable condition

  • Return request is submitted within 10 days of delivery

Euro Carbon Hub reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Installed or attempted-to-install items

  • Damaged items caused by installation or mishandling

  • Custom-finished or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products showing signs of modification, sanding, trimming, or drilling

  • Items past the 10-day return window

These policies ensure product integrity and support industry standards for high-end carbon fiber parts.


4. Restocking Fee

All approved returns incur a 25% restocking fee.

This fee covers:

  • Inspection

  • Repackaging

  • Inventory handling

  • Administrative processing

Restocking fees are standard for carbon fiber and automotive body components.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item was defective upon delivery

  • We shipped the incorrect item

Return shipping must include a valid tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


6. Damage or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging, inside and out

  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement

    OR

  • Store credit

Returned items with damage from installation are not considered defective.


7. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout:

  • Reshipment fees will apply

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Store credit will be issued only after the package is returned to us

We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

Pre-order products follow the Pre-Order Policy and may carry additional cancellation restrictions.


9. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at:

sales@eurocarbonhub.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Reason for the return

We will respond with next steps and approval if applicable.


10. Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will receive store credit

  • Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift code

  • Processing can take 7-10 business days after the item arrives at our facility

Store credit does not expire.


11. Final Notes

By placing an order with Euro Carbon Hub, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

These policies are designed to ensure fairness, maintain product quality, and protect customers and our brand against misuse.
