At Euro Carbon Hub, we stand behind the quality and fitment of our aftermarket carbon fiber parts. If you need to return an eligible item, we provide a straightforward return process designed to protect both our customers and the quality of our products. Please review the terms below before submitting a return request.

1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

2. Return Time frame

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are new and unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and accessories.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@eurocarbonhub.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely.

5. Return Shipping Costs

We provide a free, prepaid return label for all approved returns — simply download and print it once your return is approved. No restocking fees apply.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. They’re issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges. To proceed, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
