1. Order Processing Time
Orders normally require 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time may be extended due to:

Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Estimated delivery time after your order ships:
3–7 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and location.)

These times are estimates, not guarantees.
3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to select countries.
International transit times typically range from:
7–20 business days, depending on region and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for:

Brokerage fees

Taxes associated with international purchases
Euro Carbon Hub does not cover or reimburse these fees.
If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or refusal at customs:

Store credit will be issued for the product only

Original shipping cost is non-refundable

Reshipment fees may apply
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow the carrier time to update tracking information. Delays in tracking scans are normal and do not indicate an issue.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Euro Carbon Hub is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Carrier delays
-
Misrouted shipments

Packages marked “delivered” but not received
Once the carrier accepts the package, liability transfers to the customer.
Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier for lost or stolen packages.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error:

Euro Carbon Hub is not responsible for recovery

No refunds will be issued for lost packages

If the package returns to us, reshipment fees will apply
Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order.
7. Signature Requirement
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.
If a signature is refused or the delivery attempt fails:

The customer is responsible for rescheduling delivery

Redelivery fees may apply

No refunds are given for returned or refused shipments
8. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item

Photos of the outer and inner packaging

Description of the damage
This information is required for filing a carrier claim and issuing a replacement or store credit.
Damage that occurs during installation is not considered shipping damage.
9. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order products follow the timelines stated on the product page.
Pre-orders and in-stock items ship when all items are available unless separate orders are placed.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Orders that have been packed, labeled, or shipped cannot be modified under any circumstances.
